How can I do a Balance Transfer?

You can do the balance transfer anytime in the first six (6) billing cycles by calling FNBO with 0.00% introductory APR for the first six billing cycles. After that, your APR for new balance transfers will be [CCRATE], based on your creditworthiness. This APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate.
