What if I want to receive emails to a different email address?
You will need to update your email in your Hello Alice account. Below you will find instructions for how to update the email address based on the login method used for your account.
- If you login to Hello Alice using the email/password method: Login in to your Hello Alice.com account, click on your profile picture, go to “Account Settings,” update your email, and click the “change email” button to save.

Where should I go to complete each week’s assignment?
The weekly lessons are emailed to the email address associated with your Hello Alice account. The lessons are also shared in the community. The weekly lesson emails and community posts will include a link to that week’s lesson on the Hello Alice platform. Be sure to click the “Finish” button at the end of each lesson.
For lessons that have worksheets or exercises, there is no need to turn these assignments in. These are for your individual knowledge and growth only.
When are the live webinar sessions and are they recorded?
There are four webinar sessions spread out over the 12 weeks of boost camp. For more information on the specific sessions, please visit the Sessions section of the community.
The webinar sessions are hosted on Zoom. You will be auto-registered for the sessions, and you will receive an invite from Zoom along with reminder emails leading up to each session. You can also visit the Sessions section of the community to get the direct Zoom link.
All webinar sessions are recorded and posted in the community within 48 hours of the session date. The post will include the recording, along with the chat, and any materials that were presented during the session.
Can I participate via an app on my phone?
Yes, the virtual Hello Alice Community is hosted through a platform called Circle. You can download the Circle app and log in using the email and password associated with your Hello Alice account to access the Hello Alice Community and dedicated Creative Business Boost Camp spaces. However, please keep in mind that the app is Circle's app, not Hello Alice's app. Moreover, instructions and reminders are not always optimized for mobile-app use. ➡️ Download Circle's iOS app here. ➡️ Download Circle's Android app here.
Who will be leading this Boost Camp?
An experienced member of Team Hello Alice will lead every element of Boost Camp. Each session will be led by a Hello Alice small business expert, all of whom have extensive, firsthand knowledge of business strategy and growth.
What will I learn?
Experts have curated your Boost Camp curriculum to guide your growth. It will touch on three main elements (foundations, growth, and financial health) that build upon one another to put your business in an optimal place for success.
What is the Hello Alice Business Health Score™ Assessment?
This unique tool provides invaluable insights into the overall health of your business, focusing on aspects such as financial management, business management, and credit score. It offers a comprehensive view of your business's current state, highlighting areas of strength and those needing attention. The insights gained can guide your business strategies and help set realistic goals.
How often can I take the Business Health Score™ Assessment?
We recommend completing the assessment at the start and completion of your Boost Camp program.
What if I have an additional question about my application or the Boost Camp program?
Please email alice@helloalice.com and a team member will be able to help you. You may also send a direct message to your Boost Camp facilitator directly through the virtual Hello Alice Community.
Is participation important?
Taking the time to focus on the bigger picture and engaging in this program can help you narrow in on what you need to do to grow and gain the knowledge and support to make it happen! Additionally, we will be selecting top participants (Boost Campers who actively engage in discussions, attend sessions, and share their own content) for exclusive opportunities, including business features that can significantly boost your business's visibility and recognition!
