Yes. If you're an existing Hello Alice owner, your account, business profile, and history are already in place — nothing moves and nothing has to be re-entered. The new experience is built on the same foundation you already use, so your information is there from your first conversation.
New owners fill in the basics during a short guided setup, and from then on your board works from your business automatically.
