- One recommended next step. Front and center, your board makes a call — for example, "start with quarterly goals" — so you never face a blank page wondering where to begin.
- A 3-minute check-in with Alice. A quick daily touchpoint that keeps your board's recommendations current.
- Other priorities on your plate. A short, tap-to-open list — pick up an unfinished goal, jump back into a conversation, or revisit your health score.
- A plain read on your business health. Your current score with a few sentences on what's driving it and where to focus — the headline, not the raw numbers.
Why it's set up this way. Most business tools dump data on you and leave you to figure out what to do with it. The Boardroom does the opposite: it turns "here's everything about your business" into "here's the one thing worth doing right now."
