You can measure your Business Health Score through a guided session with your board. The Measure Your Business Health Score playbook walks you through it step by step and takes about 15 minutes, so you're never staring at a blank chat.

Your board asks the right questions and turns your answers into a single 0 to 100 score across six pillars: Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Team. Each pillar is scored separately, so you can see exactly where you're strong and where to focus.

The assessment draws on what your board already knows about your business, so the more complete your information, the sharper the result. Where your data is thin, the score will tell you and point to the few details (or connected tools) that would sharpen it.

Your score isn't just a number. It comes with a short read on what's driving it and where your business stands for its stage, and each pillar connects you to the advisor who owns it, so a low score becomes a starting point for a conversation. Once you're done, your score appears on your Boardroom as a plain read on how the business is doing.
