Setting your 2–3 quarterly priorities

Quarterly Goals is where you set the few priorities that matter this quarter — and a plan your whole board helps you keep.

What you'll see:

  • This quarter, front and center. Your current-quarter goals laid out — or a clear prompt to set them if the quarter's still empty.
  • "Adjust with your board." A guided conversation lands on 2–3 focused priorities instead of a long, forgettable wish list.
  • "What to watch out for." A companion view of the risks your board is keeping an eye on, so your plan accounts for what could go wrong.
  • Take it with you. A download option turns your plan into something you can share or keep.

Why it matters. Most owners never set goals — or set too many and lose track of them early on. This turns planning into a short conversation that produces a real, focused plan.
