What is a workshop?
Workshops are virtual 90-minute interactive, expert-led classes designed to help you grow your business. Each workshop is focused on equipping you with practical and actionable steps focused on growing your customers, revenue, and/or profit.
What should I expect to experience in a workshop?
You will spend 90 minutes virtually together with a topic expert and fellow small business owners. In the first half, the expert will lead you through a presentation and activity. The second half will be dedicated to Q&A where you will have the opportunity to ask the expert questions and gather additional insights.
How do workshops differ from Sprint AMAs?
Workshops are designed by the Hello Alice team to help you achieve outcomes to grow your business. They are outcome-driven and knowledge-based with experts vetted by Hello Alice. Sprint AMAs are programmed in partnership with Hello Alice partners.
How do I attend a workshop?
Please visit the Hello Alice Business Solutions page, browse the upcoming workshops, and complete your purchase. The workshop will occur on Zoom the day of the event. After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with the Zoom URL.
How do I purchase a workshop?
From the Business Solutions page, click on the specific workshop you want to purchase. Click on the “Register” button and you will be taken to a checkout page where you enter your payment details. After purchase, you will receive an email receipt.
What is the refund policy?
You can request a refund up until 48 hours before the workshop event. No refunds will be issued after this time. Workshop registrants will receive the workshop materials post-event.
How do I request a refund?
Please reach out to alice@helloalice.com with your request. Reminder, you must submit the request via email 48 hours prior to the workshop.
