When will I know if my application was approved or declined?

If you are presented with an offer and you submit the full application, you will receive a letter in the mail from the bank (FNBO) with the outcome/decision of your application. Generally this will take 10-14 business days (no more than 30 days). We evaluate a number of different elements, attributes, and custom models, not just a FICO credit score and take them all into consideration when making the qualification decision. Decisions and offers are made based on our underwriting team's analysis.
