Why are the dropdown fields not working on the first page of the full credit card application?
This can happen when the user session is interrupted/disconnected during the application process.
The pre-qual application will need to be completed in the same user session as the full application, without exiting or leaving the page at any point. This includes not navigating to other browser tabs, computer/cell phone apps, calls, texts, emails, etc. Additionally, please make sure you do not close/minimize the browser or refresh the web page at any point during the application process.
There is no impact to your credit score when you check for pre-qualified offers unless you submit an application afterwards.
