Downloading transactions & statements

To download your statements or transactions for your Hello Alice Small Business MasterCard, log in to the FNBO online servicing site. 

Enrolling in the FNBO Site (First Time):

  1. Visit the website https://www.card.fnbo.com/ 
  2. Click on "Business customers click here to enroll"
  3. Set up your identification (ID) by following the registration process.

Statement Downloads:

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the "Statements" section.
  2. Select the desired account for which you would like to download statements.
  3. Look for the option to download statements and click on it.
  4. Choose the preferred format (e.g., PDF) and select the statement period.
  5. Initiate the download to save the statement to your device.

Transaction Downloads:

  1. After logging in, go to the "Transactions" section on the FNBO site.
  2. Select the relevant account for which you wish to download transactions.
  3. Locate the option to download transactions and click on it.
  4. Specify the desired format (e.g., CSV) and the time frame for the transactions.
  5. Start the download process to save the transaction data to your device.
