My advisor used multiple voices or referred me elsewhere
This is normal — it's your board working the way it's meant to.
Hearing from more than one advisor. Different questions call for different expertise, so your board brings in whoever fits — for example, Marcus on the numbers and Priya on the marketing side of the same question. It pulls in the right advisor, or several, automatically. If you'd rather hear from just one, you can choose who leads the conversation.
Being pointed somewhere else. Sometimes the most helpful answer is to send you to a better resource — a guided playbook that walks you through the task, or a professional. Alice offers guidance, not formal financial, legal, or tax advice, and doesn't replace a professional where one is needed. For higher-stakes or regulated matters like legal, tax, or major financial decisions, your board will point you toward the right kind of expert rather than guess at specifics.
