My chat isn't responding or is slow

If Ask Your Board is slow or not responding, try these steps:

• Wait a moment and send your message again.
• Refresh the page. Your recent conversations are saved, so you won't lose your chat — you can pick right back up where you left off.
• Check your internet connection.
• Clear your browser cache, or try a different browser.
