My Business Health Score didn't update
Your Business Health Score is built from your profile and business data, so a change only affects your score once it's saved as part of that data.
If your score didn't change after you made updates:
- Check that your changes were saved. Confirm the update appears in your profile and business data. If you made the change by telling Alice in conversation, remember that Alice confirms important changes before saving them — so make sure you approved the update.
- A small change may not move the score much. Where your data is still thin, the score will tell you and point to the details (or connected tools) that would sharpen it, so a single update may not visibly shift the number.
- Some changes need a fresh assessment. Re-running the "Measure Your Business Health Score" session with your board can bring the score current.
