I’ve made a mistake in my application. Can I resubmit?
According to our terms and conditions, an application “cannot be modified in any way” after it has been submitted. If you are needing to make a change to the information provided, you can create a new Hello Alice account with a different email address and submit a new application. If the information you are needing to change does not impact your eligibility, this is optional.
